Transportation

**IMPORTANT**  For those of you who don't already know, all Helena Public School Buses beginning this school year were equipped with seat belts.  Wearing the seat belt is not just a bus rule that must be followed, it is also the law.  Parents must understand that chldren that intentionalyl/blatently disregard wearing their seat belt constitutes automatic suspension from the bus.  Please direct any questions to Steven Dietrich at 406-324-2102 or Tom Cohn at 406-324-2013

Regular Transportation:

Helena Public Schools contracts all of its home-to-school bus services.  First Student began a new seven year contract beginning July 2012 to provide these services across both our elementary and high school districts.  Helena Public Schools remains responsible for the bus routing and handling of student discipline, with shared office space at the local First Student facility.
