Under Three Mile Transportation

If your child is ineligible for home-to-school bus service, but resides in an area with access to fee-based bus service, please complete the this form and return to the District's Business Office.  Once your account is established, the Business Office will notify the District's Transportation Department and your child's name will be added to the bus rider list.  Fees are payable by quarter, semester, or the full year, with discounted rates for additional fee riders in the same family.

This form is most commonly used by families within the "three-mile-liit" or walk zone for their school of attendance, but is also applicable for students attending a school through  a Parent Requested boundary Exception or form out  of District but have access to a nearby bus stop.
